  • The CDC and Minnesota Department of Health recommend flu shots for adults with a chronic health problem or for those in intimate contact with elderly, or children.
  • Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) vaccination every 10 years. The pertussis (whooping cough) is especially important for parents and grandparents and caregivers of small children.
  • HPV (Human papillomavirus) trade name Gardisil or Cervarix is recommended for females up to the age of 26.

Affiliated Community Medical Center (ACMC) in Willmar has a International Travel Health Clinic.
